1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the CloudCost & FinOps Matrix platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws, and regulations. If you disagree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
2. Financial Estimates & Simulation Disclaimer
Calculations, TCO comparisons, reserved instance yields, and egress cost estimates provided by this platform are generated using publicly available rate cards, standard industry benchmarks, and mathematical models. While updated continuously, cloud providers may alter pricing schemas, volume discounts, and regional surcharges without notice.
3. Data Ownership & Zero-PII Guarantee
Workload specifications, virtual machine configurations, network metrics, and financial parameters entered into the calculators are processed locally in your browser (via Web Workers) or securely in-memory. CloudCost & FinOps Matrix does not store or sell infrastructure topologies or internal corporate financial data.
4. Intellectual Property & Open Simulation Framework
The calculation models, matrix algorithms, and user interfaces are protected by intellectual property laws. Users may export, share, and utilize generated PDF/CSV financial forecasts for internal corporate decision-making and architectural audits.
